I am a nationally certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), and FMS 1& 2 (Functional Movement System). I have been a Personal Trainer for the past 10 years and have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients during this time. I love helping people accomplish a variety of goals, whether training for something specific like a race, or for general health. I customize personal programs that consider each individual’s specific goals, concerns, strengths, and weaknesses.
I truly enjoy connecting with people and helping them discover their unique strengths. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness and understand the value in teaching sustainability in an exercise program.
